Mr. Ji Fusheng, was born in June 1954 in Chengui Town, Daye City, Hubei Province, China. He graduated from Daye Normal University in 1975 and from the Correspondence University of Chinese Calligraphy in 1988. Subsequently, he was responsible for organizing the establishment of the "First Calligraphers Association of Daye City", the first chairman of the Calligraphers Association, and concurrently the vice chairman of Huangshi Calligraphers Association, the current advisor of Daye City Calligraphers Association, Daye City poetry couplets Vice President of the Society.

Since 1996 (to 2008), through the establishment of "Yunbaozhai" and "Mengxi Academy of Calligraphy", more than 3,000 disciples have been accepted, and some of them have passed the national calligraphy examination. Among them, four people got the eighth level of calligraphy, 23 people got the seventh level, and more than 100 people got the fifth and sixth level.

Ji Fusheng's calligraphy arts have participated in many national, provincial and municipal calligraphy exhibitions and competitions, and received awards. Many of his students have won many awards in national, provincial and municipal calligraphy competitions too.
